Maple Cream a/k/a Maple Spread

Our Maple Cream is made in small batches. Pure Grade A Delicate Color, Light Taste maple syrup is heated, cooled and patiently stirred to a creamy consistency that spreads like butter. Serve maple butter on toast, English muffins, scones, bagels, and waffles. For a special treat, combine maple butter with cream cheese and spread it on warm crêpes. Roll up the crêpes and drizzle them with maple syrup.  Maple Cream is sometimes also referred to as Maple Butter but there is no butter in it - maple syrup is the only ingredient!
