Maple Steak Seasoning



Maple rub is a wonderful combination of sweet maple sugar combined with seven different types of pepper and just a hint of salt to give it just the right bite.  Maple sugar contains lots of amino acids and acts as a natural tenderizer for meats and when combined with pepper it intensifies the peppery taste.  Rub this mixture on your steaks and ribs one hour before cooking to enhance the flavor.  Great on venison too.
