This creation was inspired by a Lavendar Festival that we attended a few year’s back. One of the requirements to attending the show was that you had to produce something with lavender – hence our lavender infused maple syrup was born. Much to our surprise this was a huge hit – we were sold out of the lavender syrup within 2 hours. It’s definitely not for everyone but we sell quite a bit. We like it on ice cream and drizzled over fruit. Also a nice addition to coffee and tea. A nice hint of lavender with a light taste of maple – Mmmmm.
