Unique and so yummy!

We bought this jam while traveling in the Upper Peninsula last summer and tried it recently on some cinnamon raisin toast. Whoa. This is not your standard dark brown, pureed-to-baby-food-consistency apple butter. The flavor is a hint more subtle and the texture has substance. We loved it. And a friend who sampled it with us declared it was the best jam she'd ever tasted. Several more jars were ordered from Doodles Sugar Bush that very day - we plan to share some as gifts.
