Bourbon barrel aged maple syrup is made by filling freshly dumped bourbon barrels from New Holland Distillery with our finest Grade A maple syrup. The syrup is then aged up to 18 months leaving a clean and crisp bourbon taste with hints of vanilla, caramel and notes of butterscotch.
