Grade B syrup is made from sap that is gathered later in the sugaring season and produces a heartier syrup with a more intense flavor.  We like to use Grade B syrup for cooking as it has a much richer taste and holds up well in baking.

Half gallon maple syrup grade B

We love this syrup so much that we ordered the half gallon. We prefer the grade B because it more rich and has a deeper flavor. Give it a try. This syrup is superior to any other syrup that you can find in the supermarket
